A little about me:

Hey, my name is Michael, but most of my friends call me Mag. I won't bore you with the story behind the nickname. I am an amateur web and graphic designer. In the summer of 2007, I finished my A-levels in ICT, Law and Economics. I also have 8 GCSE's, a GNVQ in ICT and a JSLA. I did plan on going to university to do a course in web design. However, once I got there, a lot of things were not right, such as the accommodation, and as I don't drink, I soon realised uni life wasn't going to be for me, so I decided to take a year out and I've been learning to drive in that time.

I decided that the best route for me was to try and get work experience, so I have been looking for an apprenticeship in web or graphic design, but there doesn't seem to be many of them going at the moment. I have also applied for a different university this year, but that is more of a back up plan in case I can't get an apprenticeship. I'd rather get actual work experience and learn along the way than spend 3 years learning and leaving with a huge amount of debt.

I like playing most sports, and I love watching and playing football. I'm a big Man Utd fan and have been ever since I can remember. I spend a lot of my time on the computer, and you can usually find me using Photoshop or Dreamweaver, or playing games. I absolutely love music, although I am quite picky about what I like. I like a lot of the indie stuff and my favourite band are The Futureheads (they're the only band I've ever seen live).

I'd like to think of myself as a nice person. I'm a bit of a perfectionist. I can be very quiet and shy at first, but once you get to know me, I get better. I'm kind, caring, honest, reliable and always willing to help people whenever I can.
