- Worth1000 A really good website with all sorts of Photoshop contests for people of all abilities. It also has a few really good tutorials. http://www.worth1000.com
- Good-Tutorials This is a really useful tutorial website. They add new ones every day. Most of them are for Photoshop, but they are some for Flash, Illustrator, CSS, HTML and some others. http://www.good-tutorials.com
- deviantArt This is an online artistic community where you can upload your own work to your own portfolio, or view other peoples work and add the to your favourites. Also good for tutorials and resources. http://www.deviantart.com
- Smashing Magazine A great site for web designers, with loads of useful tips and tutorials. It's regularly updated with information about the latest trends and techniques in web and graphic design. http://www.smashingmagazine.com
- Web Designer Wall A web design blog which is regularly updates with design ideas, tutorials, and talk about modern web design trends. http://www.webdesignerwall.com
- Firefox Without a doubt, the best web browser out there. It's free and completely customisable with all the add-ons and themes. http://www.mozilla.com/firefox
- Firebug This is one of the best tools out there for web developers. It's an add-on for Firefox (see above) and allows you to view and edit the CSS, HTML and Javascript of any web page. http://www.getfirebug.com
